Living on the space station is an amazing experience. Astronauts have to be very adaptable and resourceful, as they are living in a completely alien environment. Everything from the food they eat, to the way they exercise, to the way they sleep, has to be carefully planned and monitored.

daily routine consists of exercise, work, meals, and leisure time. astronaut’s day begins with a two-hour exercise session. This is followed by work, which can be anything from conducting science experiments to maintaining the station. Meals are eaten in the dining area, which is also where leisure time is spent.

The living quarters on the space station are very small, so everyone has to get along and work together closely. This can be challenging at times, but it also creates a strong bond between the crew members.
